What is individual counseling?
Deciding to begin therapy can be life-changing. Counseling is more than just “talking” about your struggles; our counselors use specific strategies and a supportive relationship to help you overcome your concerns. Individual counseling is a one-on-one meeting to work through the concerns that are holding you back from living a fulfilled life. Our counselors use evidence-based approaches that help you make long-term changes and feel more confident in managing your life. Treatment specific to you
Each client brings their own unique experiences and strengths to counseling. Our counselors approach you as an individual and utilize your strengths to facilitate the therapeutic process. Together, you and your counselor will discuss your goals and develop a plan to achieve them. As you go through counseling, your concerns and needs may change, so your counselor will always adapt their approach to ensure you feel supported and safe in the process.
